Something hit me (not literally, lol) and want to quit marijuana and ciggarettes. And I really want to be with her. Can anyone give me some tips on how to keep saying no?
What I told everyone that I smoked together with people who knew that I can quit smoking. They supported me in my efforts and every time I had the urge to smoke, I felt I was not only me, but is also low. I do not want my peers to think that I had no willpower to stop smoking.
