How I can stop ……… need ur help?
Hello everyone. I am a smoker of 10 years a pack a day, if you please help me in quitting.i not really know what to do, everyone I asked for power, but did not work for me any idea or an idea. Thanks
I went to a class ceseation smokers and have learned what our "triggers" are. Any person who smokes have. They are simply things or habits you have that you smoke. If you keep a small diary for about three days and note the time and you were doing when you smoke, you will realize you have a reason. For example, every time the phone rang, I picked up a cigarette … every time the engine started I got a cig … Every time I woke up the morning I had a cig … You have models too. Having identified these, simply replace IGC glue or something … "Something" ready for when your shot comes, you can substitute something and do not smoke. Smoking is actually a bad habit and habits are hard to break, but this can be done. Good luck!
