I managed to quit smoking and feel good. If I can do anything can, and I like to help, but we need to find about training.
Well done to stop it. Not sure where you get training, but many people (me included) swear by Alan Carr – Easyway. It would be great if you could pass on the legacy of Mr Carr and is required for groups of nhs stop smoking in some way. I went to these questions and they are appalling.
