I have a pack of cigarettes in my drawer and I have about 8 months. Can I still smoke cigarettes or are a bad time? They can hurt?
Haha. They are quite soft, and you will be able to prove it. Still smoke, but are simply wrong. It is difficult to explain the taste, smell, and the combination of sweetness. If that's all you have, not kill you.

How do they manage to quit?
I quit. I tried several times before but never lasted the more was 1 week. My husband is committed to quitting me, but the last time we tried to be killed each other. I know it is not easy, but some tips would be appreciated. How do they manage to quit? I know that nicotine is out of your system in just days, but the anxiety never goes away?
There is no patch. No gum. No pills. I said that I put down. I never smoked again. In my view – lie to yourself, and you are nothing. I have not smoked from day 8 years ago. All world is a little different in that discipline goes. Good luck. I quit!
