I quit smoking 10 months ago …?

Ok, I have a serious question to do. This may seem a bit stupid, but the blogs are for real? I have not smoked a cigarette or drank alcohol during the past 10 months! November 10, which is one year. My Festival A birthday at a bar a bad idea? Hmm? I used drinking and smoking a lot and I worry that could spoil ME UP. Of course, 'll drink in moderation and not even smoke more than a pack of light cigarettes. I know this is a very personal matter, but if anyone has an overview of the issue would be appreciated. Should I leave my cigarettes and drink just one? Thanks to all those who responded to my question I am very glad yall made. I'm afraid everyone would say no and the well seems to be the general consensus. Therefore, I take everyone's opinion, and I will not drink or smoke in November. What should I tell people I said that by not smoking and not drinking at all, "I am still controlled by my vices? Is it this true?

First, congratulations! I've been smoking for three months, almost 4. It's hard! I also decided to stay away from drinking. Smoke and alcohol seem to go together. My thoughts about what you said seems to have an addictive personality. (It is not always bad), but can be if you like smoking and drinking. Some people are able to smoke only when drinking ….. They are a rare species! lol It can be really difficult for you do not have with others. If you do not smoke or drink something that feels proud, then why ruin opportunity? It is also a bit inconsistent if you do not smoke and drink to celebrate, BY, smoking and drinking …………. Hmm =) I think it is always better to play on the safe side of this type of situation. Think about how difficult it was to quit smoking. Do you really want to go to take more time? Whatever you choose, I wish the best! Good luck!
