Everyone knows how difficult it is to quit. There are countless ways and where people have tried to end their smoking.

Is there a point after you have stopped smoking if you want to stop completely? Or is it tempting?
Snuff I have not been over five months. I would not say who was in charge, but still I have daily cravings. Non-smokers never quit with desire?
I quit when I got pregnant (After 10 years!) And not really any desire to smoke. I always thought a coffee or driving the car would be the worst thing to overcome, but after two or three weeks, even inadvertently. Sometimes the smell of cigarette smoke makes my Perk nicotine receptors and then I smoke, but I think the worst cravings come if I had a couple of drinks. If you can dismiss the consumption (which is not too good for you anyway), there should be a penalty of cravings.
