Do you know how to quit you or someone you know quit smoking?
I found some minor problems with my heart and my doc wants me to slow down or stop smoking. I say there is no need to stop, just quit. I therefore need some good methods to stop and do not want anything my hands or the desire to smoke. Any ideas tried and true?
My doctor gave me chantex is good that I'm in a month or 2. I've heard success stories other people use too. I had no side effects such as headaches, bitchiness and all this with her. Ask your doctor. its kind of expensive, but Insurance may cover part of it .. good luck with quitting!
